Department/Unit: Medical - Surgical C3E Work Shift: Day Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20 As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in fostering a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. Your contribution is essential in ensuring that every individual feels valued within our mission-driven organization. Hourly Min: $34.65 Hourly Max: $35.69 Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting care as per company policy and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions. Assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to the care provided. Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions. Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
