Key Responsibilities: Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in compliance with policy and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions. Assess and respond to the needs of patients, ensuring they receive excellent care. Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care effectively. Provide essential primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses. Administer medications as prescribed, both over-the-counter and prescription. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
