The Clinical Nurse is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement patient care plans tailored to the specific needs of the patient population served on assigned units. Ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with unit standards of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements Education and Certification Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required. Skills and Qualifications Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served. Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care. Communicates in a clear concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of patient.
