Facility: GSS ND Mandan Sunset Location: 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule: PRN Weekly Hours: Varies Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50 Job Summary The Nursing Assistant provides personalized care during scheduled shifts in long-term care settings. As a vital member of the nursing team, you will assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care needs. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering resident-centered care according to individual care plans. Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Recording vital signs and providing psychosocial support. Facilitating positive dining experiences and assisting residents during meals. Documenting resident interactions and communicating changes in condition to the charge nurse. Upholding infection prevention policies and ensuring cleanliness in living areas. Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16; prior experience in long-term care is a plus. Required CNA certification, or in the process of obtaining it within four months. Completion of annual competency testing and continuing education (minimum of 12 hours required annually). For applicable states, registry with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry may be required.
