Current Openings: Part-Time, Full-Time, and Per Diem Positions Your main responsibility as a Certified Nursing Assistant will be to deliver high-quality daily nursing care to our residents, adhering to their assessment and care plans under the guidance of your supervisors. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, basic care to residents and assist them with daily activities. Maintain accurate records by documenting all entries in flow sheets, notes, and charts in a clear and descriptive manner. Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications: Possession of a valid Connecticut C.N.A certification. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language effectively.
