This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.Essential QualificationsIndustry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the commercial roofing or waterproofing industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling large-scale projects.Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of commercial roofing and waterproofing operations, including complex project bidding, material procurement, crew management, safety protocols, and quality assurance for various commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up, modified bitumen).Supply Chain Acumen: Experience with or understanding of managing supply chain operations, particularly in materials sourcing and inventory, ideally within a self-supply model.Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new commercial projects, contract negotiation, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating roofing and waterproofing crews and project managers, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high service standards and job site safety.Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within a commercial roofing context.Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of different commercial roofing and waterproofing materials, installation techniques, building codes, and industry best practices.Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), licensing requirements, and permitting processes relevant to commercial roofing and waterproofing in Washington State.Ready to take the next step in your career and become a partner and CEO of an exceptionally well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing business?
