Early Autism Services (EAS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As our BCBA, you will lead the delivery of high-quality behavior analysis services in a center-based setting, using evidence-based strategies to enhance the educational, social, and personal development of children with autism. This role involves designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, training staff, and collaborating with families to ensure comprehensive support. Conduct behavioral assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans. Implement, monitor, and adjust behavior-analytic interventions based on data and outcomes. Provide training, supervision, and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other team members. Coordinate with families and other professionals to maintain a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. Document sessions and maintain accurate records of client progress. Promote a positive and supportive environment for all clients and staff within the center. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing behavioral health services. In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices. Advanced skills in behavior assessment and intervention planning. Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding therapy adjustments. Capacity to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
