Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation:
Full-Time: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
Part-Time: $80 - $105 per hour

In this role, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans that help each client reach their full potential.

What You Will DoAs a BCBA at Flywheel Centers, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and skills evaluations.
Designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.
Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians, providing regular training and feedback.
Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Supporting and educating families to promote skill generalization and consistency across environments.
The position offers a structured Monday-Friday day schedule for full-time employees, promoting work-life balance, with flexible scheduling options available for part-time roles.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates should have:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Proven experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising and developing team members.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
