URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR MAGNOLIA LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client:


SCHEULED HOURS:

19.5 HOURS, 5 DAYS A WEEK

MONDAY-FRIDAY



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Basic laundry
  • Shopping and running errands
  • Prescription medical management
  • Help with personal hygiene and care
  • Assisting with meals and nutrition
  • Help with mobility
  • Home maintenance and basic housekeeping
  • Keeping them company
  • Reporting and monitoring the patients health changes


Other Responsibilties may include:

  • Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
  • Documentation: Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition.
  • Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living enviroment.
