Urgently Hiring Caregiver For Magnolia Location

Scheduled hours:

19.5 hours, 5 days a week

Monday-Friday

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Basic laundry
  • Shopping and running errands
  • Prescription medical management
  • Help with personal hygiene and care
  • Assisting with meals and nutrition
  • Help with mobility
  • Home maintenance and basic housekeeping
  • Keeping them company
  • Reporting and monitoring the patients' health changes

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition.
  • Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
