A Call Center Agent is the first point of contact between our company and clients. They handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product or service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure an excellent client experience with every interaction. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding communication and support. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and updating account information Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues Meet performance metrics including call quality, call volume, and customer satisfaction Remain knowledgeable about company services, promotions, and updates Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and phone systems Bilingual skills are a plus Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($25-$28/hour) Consistent Monday to Friday schedule Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive and creative work environment Paid training and onboarding Health and wellness benefits after probationary period
