We are in urgent need of a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a frontline representative of our company, you will be the voice that directly interacts with our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter
Job: On site Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Provide customers with accurate information regarding products and services. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system. Follow up on customer inquiries as necessary to ensure satisfaction. Make outbound calls to gather feedback and foster customer relationships. Assist in training new staff members when required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Proficient in using basic computer software and typing skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
