Job Position: Business Development Representative Our client is a leader in providing maintenance, modernization, repair and upgrades, and code compliance services. They are characterized by their dedication to teamwork, reliability, and respect for their field teams. They are looking to grow their territory into Spokane and Vancouver and are seeking self-driven individuals who can expand the reach of their services. Your Role: Build and grow a territory in either Spokane or Vancouver by developing strong relationships with commercial clients and property managers. Focus on the service, modernization, and repair of low- to mid-rise elevators (no new high-rise construction or residential condo projects). Target and sign new accounts: first-year KPI is 100 elevators in service (10/month), with a repair sales goal around $1M annually. Work independently but stay connected—weekly in-person team meetings required. Leverage full company support including a collaborative sales team, responsive management, and a selling-owner who rolls up her sleeves with you. Cold call, develop leads, and close deals with full autonomy. Use a flexible, “scrappy” approach to win business in a competitive market. Qualifications: Experience in elevator service or adjacent industries strongly preferred. Proven B2B sales experience in technical or service-driven industries. Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, you're comfortable being "the person" in your territory. Strong people skills and the ability to represent our client's culture authentically and professionally. A team player with a humble attitude, everyone pitches in, from deals to shop work.
