FRSTeam of the Inland Northwest is growing! Were looking for a driven, outgoing Business Development Representative to join our team and help expand our presence in the insurance restoration and contents recovery industry.
As a BDR, youll build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, adjusters, and other referral partners. Youll represent a trusted brand that restores peace of mind for homeowners and businesses affected by fire, smoke, and water damage.

What Youll Do:
Conduct regular route visits and drop-ins with contractor and adjuster partners
Prospect new business
Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunities
Track and report weekly activity goals
Coordinate with our production team to ensure seamless service delivery
What Were Looking For:
Sales experience preferred; restoration industry a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with excellent follow-through
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
