Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law, particularly in insurance subrogation, catastrophic loss, and litigation. This role will involve assisting senior attorneys in case preparation, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of legal documents and case files Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies Represent clients in court hearings and depositions Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders Assist in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes Stay updated on legal developments relevant to practice areas Contribute to the development of legal strategies and case plans Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the Arizona State Bar or California State Bar 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation or related fields Strong knowledge of insurance subrogation, product liability, and mass tort Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD, LTD Life Insurance, 401K Retirement Plan Paid Time Off - accrued.
