Job Details
What You’ll Do: **Handle litigation from intake through trial — pleadings, motions, depositions & court appearances **Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations & settlement conferences **Draft legal documents & strategize strong case defenses ** Communicate clearly with clients, carriers & opposing counsel ** Collaborate with partners & senior attorneys to drive results
What We’re Looking For: ** J.D. from an accredited law school ** Licensed & in good standing to practice law in Florida ** 2–8 years’ experience in general liability, professional liability, or civil litigation ** Strong legal research, writing & communication skills ** Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
