What You’ll Do: As a key member of our litigation team, you'll: Manage complex medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases from intake through trial and appeal. Collaborate with senior attorneys, medical experts, investigators, and clients to build strong case strategies. Conduct in-depth legal and medical record research. Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documentation. Take and defend fact and expert depositions. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Offer clear, compassionate communication with clients and healthcare professionals throughout the litigation process.

What We’re Looking For: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar. 2–5 years of medical malpractice experience (plaintiff or defense). Plaintiff-side experience is a plus, but not required. Strong knowledge of Florida medical malpractice law, medical terminology, and healthcare procedures. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet strict deadlines. Excellent writing, research, and courtroom skills. A competitive, team-driven mindset – former athletes are encouraged to apply!

Bonus Points For: Judicial clerkship or first-chair trial experience. Experience with expert witness collaboration and trial prep. Comfort with legal software (e.g., FileVine) – not required, but a plus.
