Position Summary: Assistant District Manager (ADM) The Assistant District Manager is a driven and supportive leader who works closely with the District Manager to assist in training and developing General Managers and their teams. The ADM helps to reinforce consistent direction, maintain operational excellence, and recognize individual and team performance across multiple locations. They play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction, food safety, people development, and overall store performance, while upholding the values of the MB Manifesto. The Assistant District Manager will support the District Manager in overseeing 4-6 My Burger locations and will report to the District Manager and/or Director of Operations. This role is designed as a developmental position that prepares individuals to grow into full district management responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Include: Supporting the District Manager in monitoring and improving all aspects of restaurant performance across their assigned locations. Acting as an extension of the District Manager in driving adherence to company policies, values, and goals at the store level. Partnering with store leadership to promote outstanding guest service and a sense of urgency in customer experience. Assisting in maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, service, and safety by supporting team empowerment and accountability in each location. Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of General Managers and fostering a strong learning culture throughout all restaurants. Aiding in the training and succession planning for assistant GMs, Shift Leads, Kitchen Managers, and FOH managers. Developing hands-on knowledge of all restaurant positions and supporting training efforts as needed. Monitoring staffing levels and supporting hiring needs, with a focus on maintaining fully staffed management teams in each store. Working a flexible 6-day work week, including nights and weekends as necessary based on restaurant needs. Using the Toast POS system and all other technologies to assist with menu updates, reporting, and operational data review to support decision-making.
