Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership Hospitality projext experience is a MUST Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable. Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment Proactive written and verbal communication skills
