Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Chicago, IL 60606 (INITIAL TRAINING 2-3 MONTHS ON SITE; Depending on how you perform, the hybrid aspect would be discussed)

Pay Rate: $27.58/hr.

Role Mandate:

· Provides transactional support for the Client’s Private Wealth line of business.

· Delivers operational processes and provides support to the personal wealth and asset management businesses and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

· Responsible for Cash and/or Security movement transactions as directed by the Private Wealth line of business.

· Communicates with internal and external business partners in response to standard and non-standard inquiries.

· Monitors and tracks transactions and addresses any issues

· Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.

· Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.

· Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service

· Resolves standard and relatively straightforward issues, referring non-routine issues to more senior team members and/or manager.

Must-Have Skills:

· Strong background in Accounting or Finance

· Experience with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel

· Detail oriented, organized

· Able to handle high volumes and pivot based on business needs.

· Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

· Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.

· Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.
