Wound Care Certification Preferred! Competitive Wages and Benefits

As a certified wound care/treatment specialist, you will work with the center clinical team and, under physician orders, develop and implement a wound care/treatment plan that meets each resident's specific needs and reflects best practices.

You will:

Perform accurate and comprehensive wound/skin care assessments of each assigned resident Develop and implement an evidence-based care plan for each wound care patient Communicate patient clinical status changes to the healthcare team and physician Visit in-room with staff for collaboration, education/training, evaluating competency, and performing skills checks Review charts of wound care patients as assigned Deliver skilled nursing care Manage nursing duties on a rotating basis You currently: Possess a nursing license in the state of employment Possess active wound care certification Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and inform on appropriate issues Maintain current wound care/treatment practices Our benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Prescription Drug Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discounts (movies, restaurants, gifts, more) 401-K
