Earn Up to $24.00 Per Hour Based on total weekly compensation when working 45+ hours per week

Base Pay

$18.50 per hour Includes:

Guaranteed hourly pay

Includes $3.00 Network Fee component

Paid on every hour worked

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate
