Advanced Practice Clinician Position

Our client, a women's health organization, is seeking advanced practice clinicians (NP, PA, CNM) to join their team and provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community health while working in a mission-driven environment.

Pay Range: $71-$84.86/hour

Location: Northern California

Hours: 32 hours/week

$75,000 Retention Bonus

Role Overview As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered reproductive and sexual health care to both adult and adolescent populations. This includes preventive screenings, contraception, STI testing and treatment, gender-affirming care, and pregnancy-related services (scope varies by licensure).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical, gynecological, and reproductive health exams.
  • Provide contraception, including IUD and implant insertion/removal.
  • Test and treat STIs; provide PrEP/nPEP.
  • Support infertility, menopause, and pregnancy-related care, including abortion and complication management (as permitted by licensure).
  • Order, perform, and interpret labs and ultrasounds.
  • Document accurately in EHR and ensure proper coding.
  • Educate and counsel patients across diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with staff, contribute to health center goals, and support student/clinician training.

Qualifications

  • Current California license as NP, PA, or CNM (Furnishing Number if NP/CNM).
  • NPI and CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (provider will float between two locations).
  • 03 years of experience in reproductive health, OB/GYN, primary care, or community health; prenatal experience preferred for applicable roles.
  • Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and commitment to equity in care.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Schedule: Days/times listed below are working hours for each day - will finalize provider's schedule/days off after interviewing process.

Monday: 11:30am-8pm

Tuesday: 8:30am-5pm

Wednesday: 8:30am-5pm

Thursday: 8:30am-5pm

Friday: 8:30am-5pm

Saturday: 8:30am-5pm (1 rotating Saturday per month)
