Women's Imaging Manager
Location: Redlands, CA
The clients well-established Southern California radiology department is seeking a talented Womens Imaging Manager to join their team. If you are an RT with mammography experience and a passion for delivering top-quality patient care, we want to hear from you!
Reporting to their seasoned Director of Radiology, responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily operations, staffing for women's imaging
Ensuring the department meets key quality and risk reduction statistics.
Serving as backup to the Radiology Manager when needed
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into management and develop leadership abilities in a supportive environment. You will help set the strategy for our women's imaging services while learning operations best practices from expert radiology leaders.
Requirements Include:
RT license
Mammography experience
Prior hospital experience is NOT required. We welcome ambitious outpatient technicians ready to take their career to the next level!

Base Salary - USD $78,900 to $115,000
