Responsibilities

Skillfully prepare a variety of wok cooked dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all wok dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized sushi station Engage with customers at the sushi bar, providing information about menu items and ensuring a positive dining experience Qualifications Proven experience as a Wok Cook in a restaurant or casino setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
