We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Electrical Assembler to join our team and help build high-quality control panels, switchgear, and switchboards that keep industries running!

Location: Phoenix, AZ! Schedule : 5 am - 1:30 pm / Monday - Friday occasional Saturdays and overtime Pay rate: $21 Duties: Assemble and wire control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and point-to-point drawings. Install and connect PLCs, power meters, and control components. Inspect and test completed assemblies to meet quality and safety standards. Work both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-energy team. Maintain productivity, communicate issues, and help meet project deadlines. Requirements: Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and schematics. Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused. Ability to work overtime when needed to meet customer deadlines.
