*Wireless Device Repair Lead Available Shifts*
* 1st Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm * 2nd Mon-Thur 4:30pm-3am * Weekend Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm
*Wireless Device Repair Lead Responsibilities: *
Assist Engineering Department with troubleshooting, software flashing support, and new product introductions
* Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues * Assist as Subject Matter Expert for internal and external clients * Conducts standup meetings and Tech Talks in supervisor's absence. * Validate and evaluates new & tech damage product from line * Validate, provides feedback and enters line reworks into excel database * Validate & signs off on all UR/BER from line * Assist in evaluation and generation of material escalations
*Key Requirements:*
* 3+ years of wireless repair experience * 2-3 years of team leadership experience * Strong electromechanical and troubleshooting skills * Experience with soldering, root cause analysis, and process improvement * Ability to train, coach, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.65 - $24.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
