Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly of truck bodies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $19.78 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday

What's the Job?

Perform welding tasks in a truck bodies assembly manufacturing facility. Ensure high-quality standards are met in all welding processes. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line efficiency. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to achieve production goals.

What's Needed?

Prior experience in welding or a related field. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
