Summary The Weekend Operations Fulfillment Leader is critical for maintaining seamless operations within the GE Aerospace Supply Chain. This role ensures that we meet delivery goals down to the piece part level, aligning with our weekly CTB and engine output targets. You will play a pivotal role in executing our CTB process, monitoring part status, troubleshooting issues, and eliminating bottlenecks that hinder our weekly metrics. This position reports to our Fulfillment Operations Leader and is designed to facilitate operational continuity during the weekends, covering a work week from Thursday through Monday. While proximity to a GE Aerospace assembly location is preferred, we also welcome remote considerations. Roles and Responsibilities Execute the Clear to Build Process and Standard Work to track and align parts needed for our engine output goals. Act as a liaison within the Technology & Operations Organization to chase down part statuses and resolve issues affecting deliveries and KPIs. Collaborate with Fulfillment leadership to navigate the unique challenges impacting delivery across our product lines and part families. Identify and escalate emerging delivery issues during the weekend, involving the appropriate stakeholders for swift resolution. Maintain a comprehensive view of current and potential delivery impact issues, proactively working to find solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations). 5+ years of relevant experience in Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations. Ability to work a non-standard schedule, specifically Thursday through Monday. Desired Characteristics Experience in component manufacturing or assembly. Proficiency in quickly analyzing disruptions to material flow in supply chains and collaborating to resolve them. Experience engaging with Senior Leaders, capable of challenging assumptions and simplifying complex scenarios. APICS/CPIM certification is a plus. Analytical problem solver: critical thinker who challenges existing processes. The salary range for this position is $128,100.00 - $170,800.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience and education. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
