Seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Arkansas. This role involves managing design, budgets, timelines, and coordination with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water/wastewater projects Manage scope, schedule, and budget Resolve issues across departments and maintain team alignment Mentor junior staff and support strategic decisions Handle client communication and project reporting Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field 8+ years of design experience; 2+ years in project management PE license in Arkansas strongly preferred Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems Skilled in team leadership, communication, and problem-solving Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Offered: Competitive salary Full benefits Career growth opportunities
