**Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Weekly Pay**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Warehouse Worker who will learn and perform three primary positions within the production team. This role involves handling raw materials, operating machinery, and managing the finished product, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and organize new raw materials within the plant.
+ Create blend mixtures and monitor product levels to ensure correct mixing.
+ Manage finished products by loading trucks or storing items in the warehouse.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in forklift operation.
+ Experience in machine operation.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds.
+ Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to perform general labor tasks.
+ Skills in inspection, packaging, loading, shipping, and receiving.
+ Personable attitude to maintain a positive work environment.

**Work Environment**
Work the 2nd Shift from 3 PM to 11 PM or 3rd Shift from 11pm-7am in a dynamic and busy plant environment. Be prepared for a dusty and potentially loud atmosphere when machines are running. Embrace the challenge of a hands-on role with diverse daily tasks.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
