Job Title: Warehouse Specialist - Shift 1 - $17/hr

Job Description

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing tablets and computers to access orders and perform necessary duties. You will work throughout the campus to transport materials, clean specific tool equipment, and manage shipping and receiving tasks. Your duties will also include receiving orders, delivering them throughout the facility, and handling packaging and labeling. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Utilize tablets and computers to access and manage orders.

Transport materials and clean specific tool equipment.

Handle shipping and receiving tasks.

Receive and deliver orders throughout the facility.

Manage packaging and labeling.

Operate equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and sit-down forklifts.

Assist with warehouse inventory, stocking, and distribution.

Palletize and manage order pulling.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in order picking and logistics.

Strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets.

Warehouse experience, particularly in shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.

Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Attention to detail.

Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts.

Experience with inventory control.

Work Environment

The position operates from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Work is conducted onsite and requires safety-conscious attire, including steel or composite shoes that cover the ankles. The environment is fast-paced, requiring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will receive ample support and training, including preparation for factory support roles, which necessitate wearing a bunny suit and extensive walking. Casual workwear is acceptable, but safety is a priority.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
