Job Overview: North Slope Chillers is seeking a Warehouse & Production Support Associate to support our manufacturing operations through effective shipping/receiving, inventory control, purchasing support, and production assistance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work, organization, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of parts, materials, and equipment. Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in accordance with company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's ERP/MRP system. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchasing requests to replenish inventory. Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, place purchase orders, and track deliveries. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse/storage area. Assist with light assembly work during peak production periods. Stage materials and parts for the production team as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred). Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with ERP/MRP software a plus. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain). Experience with purchasing and vendor coordination preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
