To cultivate safe, efficient, and operationally sound facilities through strategic oversight of machinery, tools, equipment, and utilities within the chilled sanctuary of a refrigerated warehouse.

  • Chart the future maintenance landscape and identify present needs.
  • Lead financial strategy by crafting annual maintenance budgets, regulating expenditures, analyzing deviations, and driving corrective tactics.
  • Maximize operational productivity by resolving priority conflicts and setting up a work schedule that ensures timely repairs and installations.
  • Design, evolve, and tweak preventive maintenance schedules by examining production stats, inspecting machinery, and ensuring compliance with operational norms.
Safety and Compliance
  • Strictly adhere to OSHA regulations and PSM mandates.
  • Ensure alignment with mechanical, electrical, and other coding requirements at the municipal and state levels.
  • Resolve technical snags while securing the welfare of personnel and onsite visitors by applying a clean and safe work ethos.
Organizational Excellence
  • Organize maintenance schedules and assign tasks effectively. Deliver formidable work outcomes.
  • Ensure the readiness and operative safety of material handling tools.
  • Anticipate equipment repair needs and spearhead the repair arrangements.
Collaborative Innovations
  • Lead department endeavors in product design, quality improvements, and production enhancements.
  • Draft a thorough energy strategy outlining consumption, setting benchmarks, action plans, and conservation strategies.
  • Incorporate modern technological insights to enhance operational efficiency and propagate informed recommendations.
Your Experience Blueprint
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with Ammonia Refrigeration systems
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems is essential
  • Experienced in managing capital projects
  • 3+ years in maintenance leadership within cold storage or manufacturing settings

You’ll excel with competencies in Preventive Maintenance Blueprinting, Facility Uptime Management, and Ammonia Refrigeration Mastery.
