Clarks Americas is seeking an ecommerce Visual Merchandiser to support the fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. The VMA will coordinate and execute online merchandising activities for the Clarks US, Canada and digital marketplaces. This role will be responsible for the following: management of product catalogue for ecommerce assortments, product information management (PIM), accessories ownership, online administrative tasks and promotional management.
What You'll Do Order, track, and organize samples for each season. Request and maintain sample coordination for sales meetings and preline presentations. Assist in showroom set-ups for wholesale account presentations. Create, maintain and distribute line sheets throughout each season. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, shop market and visit Clarks stores frequently. Assist merchants with daily maintenance of Assortment tools. Develop strong cross functional relationships and manage the provision of product information and communication materials to the wholesale sales team. What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree. 1 -2 years merchandising, retail sales, buying or internship experience preferred. Broad-based business acumen with the potential to grow to the Merchant level and beyond! Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills include VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and numerical formulation or have aptitude to learn these technical applications quickly. Knowledge and familiarity with Power Point & Adobe to be able to create decks and presentations. Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work collaboratively. Excellent attention to detail, understanding importance of accuracy and thorough completion of tasks Ability to hit concurrent deadlines, manage and prioritize own workload Footwear /Apparel experience (preferred) Effective team player Passion for product
