We are a fast-growing dental health services company that partners with dental offices to expand access to Invisalign treatment. Our mission is to help patients feel confident in their smiles by making orthodontic care more accessible and personalized. Through video-based consultations, our Sales Representatives are trusted guides, helping patients say "yes" to their best smiles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Host virtual consultations with patients who have expressed interest in Invisalign treatment
Educate patients on the benefits of Invisalign, treatment timelines, and financial options
Build trust and rapport quickly with patients via telehealth video platforms
Drive conversion by overcoming objections and closing treatment plans
Collaborate with internal teams to align on scheduling and treatment goals
Track pipeline activity and report on KPIs
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to move them through the decision process
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, patient-friendly presence on video
positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others
Coachability and eagerness to learn - we'll train you on Invisalign and sales strategy
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a team-first mindset
Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
Comfortable using video conferencing and digital communication tools
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.) or equivalent experience in a high-volume customer-facing sales role
Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
Previous experience in healthcare, dental, or orthodontics is a bonus (not required)
