This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hospitality-forward, dynamic environment and loves introducing people to bold, flavorful food experiences. Responsibilities: Design and host VIP walk-throughs, tastings, and curated dining moments for high-profile guests, partners, and media. Build relationships with DC tourism groups, concierge teams, hotels, corporate partners, and neighborhood organizations. Serve as the brand’s ambassador during tours, site visits, and local events. Coordinate and execute exclusive experiences tied to culinary events, seasonal rollouts, and community activations. Track guest impressions, gather feedback, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience. Work closely with leadership and marketing to support visibility and outreach goals. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, guest experience, or events. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships and represent the brand with polish and personality. Self-starter who enjoys thinking creatively and problem-solving on the fly. Familiarity with DC’s food scene, tourism networks, or concierge relationships is a plus. A love for bold, fresh food and sharing that passion with others.
