The Role: We’re looking for highly motivated investment bankers from Vice President to Managing Director level to join our expanding capital markets-focused Investment Banking team. Ideal candidates have a strong track record raising capital for public companies — including PIPEs, Registered Directs, CMPOs, IPOs, SPACs, M&A — and possess deep issuer and investor relationships.
