As a Product Manager in the Service Product Group, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product lifecycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job Responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience through feedback Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development and release schedule Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Skilled in writing comprehensive test cases, including edge cases, for all the identified use cases Ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes, and analyze complex system requirements and present findings Demonstrated ability to design and develop detailed flowcharts illustrating information architecture, system interactions, and process flows Effective presentation and interpersonal skills; proficient in communicating ideas both written and verbal Technical proficiency and understanding of software development methodologies, with experience in APIs and cloud concepts Define product vision and strategy Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and architecture (QUAD) Conduct market research and analyze customer needs Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Experience in project management, process re-engineering, strategy, or customer-centric functions, especially with global teams Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle; familiarity with tools like Confluence and JIRA Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation; excellent written communication skills including requirements writing Understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory, legal, and risk environments About Us Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
