Take the helm of marketing strategy for a leading senior living organization with multiple facilities across the Chicagoland area. As Vice President of Marketing , you’ll develop and execute innovative campaigns that drive occupancy growth, build brand awareness, and strengthen community relationships across our diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities: • Lead marketing initiatives across all Chicagoland facilities, aligning strategies with business goals • Develop and oversee digital, traditional, and community outreach campaigns • Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
Qualifications: • Proven experience in senior-level marketing leadership, preferably in healthcare or senior living • Strong background in multi-channel marketing, brand management, and digital strategy • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously • Passion for creating impactful marketing that resonates with diverse audiences
