About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Systems and Deputy CIO to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all enterprise applications, with a strong focus on clinical, administrative, and business systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these systems align with the organization's vision and strategies, particularly in the optimization of key platforms. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to select and implement new applications that support the company's goals. The Deputy CIO will also be instrumental in leading the governance of IT initiatives and will play a key transformational role in the use of IT solutions to enhance operational excellence and performance.

Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' of IT experience, including at least 7 years' in a management role within a large, complex healthcare organization. Strong management, customer service, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. The role requires a deep understanding of IT and informatics, particularly in the context of clinical information systems, and the ability to integrate these systems with the organization's business needs. The Deputy CIO will also be expected to have a proven track record in leading large-scale, complex IT projects and be adept at fostering effective relationships and building consensus.
