About the Role
The Company is seeking an Institutional Salesperson VP/Jr Director for its Derivatives Execution and Clearing (DEC) and FX Prime Brokerage (FXPB) business within Global Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new DEC execution/clearing and FXPB business, as well as managing relationships across OTC, Futures execution/clearing, and FXPB for institutional clients. This role requires a professional with a strong background in global markets sales or trading, at least 5-7 years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The candidate should be technically proficient with a strong product knowledge in OTC, Listed Derivatives, and FX products, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities for the role include working closely with the Sales Head to develop and originate new clients, creating and managing a pipeline of prospects, and collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and manage client relationships, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong interpersonal skills. They will also be expected to travel frequently and contribute positively to the corporate culture. The role demands a professional who is results-driven, can influence peers, and demonstrates good judgment in decision-making.
