East Side Veterinary Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician. This is can be either full time or part time. We are looking for someone is is a team player, loves animals and is excited to come to work. The skills we are looking for our candidates to possess are as follows:
Performing diagnostic tests and x-rays
Preparing animals and instruments for surgery
Willing to learn how to administering medications, vaccines, and treatments
Providing emergency first aid or general nursing care
Observing and reporting on the behavior and condition of animals
Restraining animals for examination or treatment
Collecting and recording animal case histories
Educating animal owners on home care
Answer phones and direct clients to the correct department
