As a Validation Lab Technician , youll perform hands-on testing and data collection to validate electrical crimping and component quality. You'll gain experience with cutting-edge lab equipment and contribute directly to product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities as a Validation Lab Technician: Prepare samples for USCAR21 crimp validation (cutting, stripping, soldering, labeling) Perform crimp cross-section analysis, pull-out force tests, resistance measurements, and high-current temperature rise tests Operate lab equipment: temperature/humidity chambers, thermal shock chambers, polishing tools, push-pull testers, power supplies, and data acquisition systems Calibrate equipment (in-house and outsourced) Accurately document and control test data Contribute to team Kaizen and continuous improvement activities Work both independently and collaboratively to meet task goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
