Job Description: Set up and operate manual machines (lathes, mills) to fabricate or repair metal parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes as required by oilfield specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure parts meet quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and industry safety standards. Document work performed and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in operating manual lathes and milling machines. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Knowledge of oilfield specifications and maintaining tight tolerances. Understanding of machine and tool maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and production teams. Experience in maintaining production documentation and records.
