We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions. • Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. • The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service. ¹ Starting Pay $18.50 gross per hour. You must work a minimum of 25 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 12am EST. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee).
