We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions. Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service. ¹Starting Pay $18.50 gross per hour. You must work a minimum of 25 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 12am EST. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee).. ²To receive the $405.00 certification bonus, if the following criteria are met: Must complete and pass training certification, and work a min of 8 hours on Oct 15th to qualify for the Certification bonus. ³Build your own schedule from available hours of business, you must have a schedule in GigCX Marketplace to work. All earnings will be calculated from the worked schedule in GigCX Marketplace. Working without a schedule in GigCX Marketplace will not qualify for earnings.
