About the Role This role involves direct interaction with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, designing complex estate plans and advising on asset protection, tax strategies, and trust administration. You’ll work alongside seasoned partners and have the opportunity to make a long-term impact in a growing practice group. What You’ll Do Draft estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related structures Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer and asset protection strategies Design business succession plans and handle trust and estate administration Prepare and review estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns Conduct legal research and support estate-related litigation Serve as a key legal advisor for high-value planning initiatives What We’re Looking For 4 years of experience in trusts, estates, and wealth preservation law Proven ability to draft sophisticated estate planning instruments In-depth knowledge of federal estate and gift tax laws Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong client relationship skills and sound legal judgment Admission to the Florida Bar required Additional Details Full-time, in-office role – 5 days/week Salary range: $160,000 – $180,000, based on experience Significant opportunity for career growth and long-term practice development Interested?
