The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial advocacy, legal strategy, and case management. Duties Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies tailored to each case. Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law to support client positions. Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and trial briefs. Manage the discovery process, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review. Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to prepare for trial. Negotiate settlements when appropriate and advocate for client interests in alternative dispute resolution forums. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and address concerns. Requirements Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing. Proven experience handling trials and courtroom advocacy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Capacity to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and meet strict deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Skills Expertise in trial preparation and litigation procedures. Proficiency in legal research, case analysis, and drafting persuasive arguments. Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills.
