Provide direct patient care and assess patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment Educate patients and families on ongoing care and recovery Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures Qualifications Education : Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Certification : Active North Dakota RN license (or compact license) Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a clinical setting preferred Skills : Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills About Fargo, ND and Surrounding Area: Fargo is a lively city known for its friendly community, culture, and growing economy
